Cancellation Policy, Terms & Permissions
You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by sending an email to: marketing@seoclarity.net by September 2, 2014. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations after September 2, 2014 are non-refundable.
You may request transfer of your registration to another person in your company or organization at any time by sending an email to: marketing@seoclarity.net. Reselling Clarity ‘14 registrations is not permitted.
Clarity ‘14 is open to business professionals 18 years and over only. Management may request a business card and photo ID prior to admission.
seoClarity reserves the right to make any changes it deems necessary to this program. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to retain speakers and their presentation topics. However, unforeseen circumstances may result in the substitution of a presentation topic or speaker.
By registering for Clarity ‘14, you agree to receive email notifications about future seoClarity events and other seoClarity products and services. Just click the “Manage My Subscriptions” link in any email received to make changes. Note: Your email address will never be sold or rented to others.
seoClarity reserves the right to use audio recordings,photographs and video of any Clarity ‘14 attendee in promotional materials and campaigns.
seoClarity assumes no liability for the acts of its suppliers nor for the safety of any Clarity ‘14 participant while traveling to or from this event. The total liability during the hours of the event will be limited to a refund of the delegate fee.
Photo & Video Policy: Sessions may be audio recorded without special permission but only for personal use. They cannot be placed online or transmitted to others without permission. Sessions may be videoed only with special permission for personal use and also cannot be placed online or transmitted to others. Short audio and video clips may be used for blogging and press coverage of session.
